Can we start without existing footage?+
Yes. Share a manual, product information or the process you want to teach. We will identify usable materials and any additional filming, screen recording or new visuals needed.
Do we have to use an AI presenter?+
No. Choose an AI presenter, voiceover or a mix of both. We agree the character, voice, captions and visual treatment around what needs explaining.
Does the app need downloading?+
The standard delivery is a web app that opens in a phone browser. Customers scan a QR code, watch and move through the steps. Native mobile apps or specialised integrations are separate work.
Does scanning the QR code generate a video?+
No. The QR code is the viewing entry point. We produce, review and deploy the films and app first; customers then access the finished content through the dedicated link.
Can we add languages or change the content later?+
Yes, to an agreed scope. Voiceover, captions, local language review and later updates are itemised in the quote.
Can it work with our existing website or internal system?+
We can deliver files for your team to deploy, or assess embedding in your website. Logins, permissions and system integrations require a review of your environment and scope.
